Situated in Devon's rural heartland within the boundaries of the owner's 16th Century farmhouse, these two former farm buildings have been transformed into self-contained cottages offering visitors peace, comfort and relaxation.

To the rear of each cottage is a private, sheltered terrace, overlooking the lake and an acre of natural gardens. The lake itself attracts a wide variety of local wildlife, including kingfishers, herons and wild ducks.

Ideally situated in Ruby Country, the cottages are within 30 minutes drive of Bude, renowned for its surf and sandy beaches. Nearby Roadford Lake offers excellent fishing, sailing, watersports and paved lakeside walks. Just a few minutes to the South sits the bustling market town of Okehampton, the National Trust site of Buckland Abbey, and of course Dartmoor National Park.

Local amenities are within 1 mile of the cottages, including cycle hire and horse riding facilities, and a short drive will take you to one of two nearby golf courses.
